Q:  Do you offer bulk discounts on large wholesale orders?
A:  Bulk discounts are given on an individual basis depending on the size of your order. Please contact us to discuss it.

Q:  Can I send a Western Union instant money transfer?
A:  Yes, but only for orders of $100 or more.

Q:  Can you make custom designed pieces?
A:  If your desired quantity is sufficient we can make any custom item as per your design instructions.

Q:  Do you ship orders discreetly? Will the package have any pictures or words on it?
A:  All orders are shipped in plain white or brown unmarked packaging.

Q:  Will I get a tracking number when I order?
A:  Yes. All orders are shipped via Registered Mail or Express Mail and you will be provided with a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Q:  Will I have to sign for my order when it's delivered? What if I'm not there to receive it?
A:  Yes. All shipments require a signature. If you're not home when your order is delivered you can pick it up from your local post office where it will be held for a few days before being returned to sender. We are not responsible for any unclaimed packages that are lost during return transit.
