A:  $100 U.S. Dollars (that can include shipping).

Q:  Do you offer bulk discounts on large wholesale orders?
A:  Bulk discounts are given on an individual basis depending on the size of your order. Please contact us to discuss it.

Q:  Do you have a paper catalog?
A:  No, but one may be available in the future.

Q:  Do you accept PayPal?
A:  No.

Q:  Can I send a Western Union instant money transfer?
A:  Yes, but only for orders of $100 or more.

Q:  The website says the product that I'm interested in buying is "Out of Stock." When will it be in stock?
A:  Occasionally items will go out of stock, but usually will be restocked within 2 weeks.

Q:  Is your glass color-changing?
A:  "Color-changing glass" is a myth. Glass doesn't change color, but some glass is fumed to create the illusion of color-changing. Fuming is when gold or silver is sprayed into the glass making the transparent areas look red, blue, or metallic. Over time as the inside of the glass gets dirty with use, the dirt provides a dark background which reveals the color of the fuming more vividly like chalk on a blackboard. Items on this website that are described as "fumed" will have a color-changing effect. But any website that advertises "color-changing glass" is not being honest with you.

Q:  Can you make custom designed pieces?
A:  Currently the only styles and designs available are what is shown on the website.

Q:  Do you ship orders discreetly? Will the package have any pictures or words on it?
A:  All orders are shipped in plain white or brown unmarked packaging.

Q:  Will I get a tracking number when I order?
A:  Yes. All orders are shipped via Registered Mail or Express Mail and you will be provided with a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Q:  Will I have to sign for my order when it's delivered? What if I'm not there to receive it?
A:  Yes. All shipments will require a signature. If you are not home when it's delivered you can pick it up from your local post office where it will be held for a few days.
